Jordan Brown

New Jordan Brown EP Available for Streaming & Purchase

Savory soulful R&B is on display in Where We Were, the new EP from Jordan Brown. Produced by Kayin, the quintet of tracks is steeped in a smooth, street-walking sound. Consuming propulsion, cultivated by the groove-quenching beat and sleek vocal delivery, pulls one into an air of intimacy. As the temperature begins to dip, this debut solo release exudes heartfelt warmth. You can find Brown heating things up next Tuesday, November 14 at Pub Webb with Ill Natives, Little Strike, and Kingsley Ibeneche.

New Track: "Goodbye" - Jordan Brown

Soulful R&B singer Jordan Brown initially caught our ear, collaborating with the likes of RJD2 and STS, and now, on his upcoming EP, Brown steps into the limelight. “Goodbye”, which was produced by Kayin, captures a melancholy form of love in the wake of retreat. Infusing flecks of saxophone amid the compact, cushioning snap of percussion, the song serves as a temporary letter of departure, exhibiting a heartfelt appeal to a hopeful future outcome.

New Track: "Hip-Hop Raised Me" - Radio Activity

STS, DJ BearOne, Truck North, and Jordan Brown intertwine on the latest collaborative effort, Radio Activity. Connecting with Notes to Self, “Hip-Hop Raised Me” intricately sews in samples amid silky smooth quick-witted lyricism to create a fresh multifaceted nod to hip-hop’s deep-rooted lineage. It’s a road map stopping at the landmarks that paved the way to the present.
