What is The Deli?
The Deli is an independent publication and website that focuses on local indie music scenes and emerging artists (from rock to folk, from punk to indie pop, with a little bit of hip hop). It currently publishes a printed magazine about the NYC music scene and has daily updated, separate webpages tackling the new emerging music in NYC, LA, SF and Nashville.

What is The Deli Nashville?
The Deli Nashville is a daily updated website focused on the independent music scene of the Nashville area.

Mission Statement
The Deli Nashville is a resource for Nashville musical artists and fans. We want to be a place for bands to share their music with others, and for fans to make their own decisions about what local music they enjoy.

CD Submission Policy
The Deli Nashville only covers music from artists based in Nashville and surrounding areas.

At this time we only accept digital submission through our CD Submission System here.

For added exposure, you can post mp3s and a blurb about your band on the local Open Blog [this feature will be back soon].

Austin Phy - Editor

Austin picked up a love for Nahsville's music scene at a young age. So young, in fact, that he often found himself on the wrong side of an 18+ age restriction, eventually developing an intimate familiarity with the back doors of venues around town. The things you'll do for that next hit once it's in your blood.

He's since taken turns booking shows and festivals, running a DIY venue, curating and managing a small record popup, helping manage bands, and playing the odd show himself.

He likes weird movies and Vietnamese food.
